Wire reel system of the nail making machines

Wire reel system lies in the form of the machine, base seat is fixed by screw. Payoff reel is used for storing wire. The stanchion and free base is used for fixing wires. When wiring is needed, you can take out plug, then wire coil hangs.

The wire reel function is:
1,Hold the steel wire on it,and feed the wire into the nail making machines to make nails.when start the nail making machines,the wire reel can turn automatically.

2,After the steel wire was drawn by the wire drawing machine,it needs to discharge the steel wire on this wire reel.
