Main Punching Machine

• Function: Responsible for punching the steel plate into a blade steel strip with sharp barbs.
• Dimensions: 1300×1100×2000mm
• Equipment: Using the JB-23 model, the pressure is 25t, the maximum speed can reach 100 RPM, and the power is 2.2kw.
• Production Capacity: The main punching machine can punch out nine steel strips at a time, producing about 80kg of steel strips per hour. The razor length is 22mm, and the steel strip thickness is 0.5mm.
• Mold Customization: The punching mold can be customized according to demand, and the razor length is 25mm, 22mm, 15mm, 11mm, and other specifications.

Razor Barbed Wire Forming Machine (Razor Strip and Wire Assembling Machine)

• Function: Wrap high-strength steel wire with the stamped razor steel strip.
• Dimensions: 930×580×1020mm
• Equipment: The forming machine is equipped with a 1.1kw motor with adjustable speed and a linear speed of 16 meters per minute.
• Production Capacity: The forming machine can produce 50 kg of razor barbed wire per hour.
• Diameter Adjustment: The diameter of the razor barbed wire can be adjusted according to demand, ranging from 450mm to 980mm.
