The horizontal straight line wire drawing machine is an efficient metal wire processing equipment, which is widely used in drawing low carbon steel wire, copper wire, aluminum wire, and other materials. The equipment uses a pay-off stand to feed wire, and the wire is gradually drawn to the required diameter through a series of drawing dies, and is finally taken up by an elephant-trunk take-up machine or an I-wheel take-up machine. To ensure the high precision and stability of the equipment during long-term operation, the horizontal straight line wire drawing machine is equipped with highly wear-resistant wire drawing drums sprayed with tungsten carbide, as well as carbide or PCD wire drawing dies.

Advanced Cooling and Lubrication System of Wire Drawing Equipment

During the drawing process, heat is generated due to the friction between the wire and the die. The equipment uses an air-cooling + water-cooling dual cooling system to efficiently cool down the drawing dies and drums.
