The wire pay-off we designed and produced is specially designed for high-speed nail making machines. Its main function is to provide a stable wire supply and ensure that the wire is fed to the nail-making machine at a uniform speed.

Automatic Wire Pay-Off System for Smooth and Synchronized Operation

The wire pay-off stand releases the wire coil smoothly by rotating the turntable to prevent winding and knotting and can adapt to wires of different specifications. It is equipped with a spring arm that can automatically adjust the wire tension according to the nail-making machine’s pulling speed to prevent the wire from loosening or breaking. In addition, the wire pay-off stand is connected to the main control system of the nail machine, which can automatically adjust the wire supply speed to synchronize the nail making speed. Once the wire is exhausted or jammed, the system will automatically stop and alarm to avoid equipment damage or production interruption.
